Services Stop Payment Request

You MUST contact the branch for assistance with ACH (electronic) items. FSWB has no liability for failure to stop payment on electronic items processed through this system. Stop Payment orders created outside of regular business hours will not be applied until the next business day. Stop payments are valid for 6 months. Based on your account agreement, a fee may be charged to your account for this service. For help, or to cancel any stop payment orders before 6 months have passed, call us at 866-641-3792 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Single Check If you’re ever worried about a pending written check, you can initiate a stop payment request to prevent that check from being processed. If you need the current fee information, please call us during our business hours at 866-641-3792 or send us a message using the Support menu option.

In the Accounts tab, select an account. 1. Click the Stop payments button. 2. Click the “+ Add another stop payment” link. 3. Select “A single check.”
