What’s changing? | Administration
Designated Customer Contact Current State —The Designated Customer Contact is not required to be the Administrator for all Treasury Services products. In ANB Go Business —The Designated Customer Contact is required to be the Administrator for all Treasury Services products. The Designated Customer Contact will be added as an Administrator to all products, as necessary. User Permissions Current State —When creating a new user, permissions cannot be copied from an existing user in the current system. In ANB Go Business —When creating a new user, permissions can be copied from an existing user in ANB Go Business. Dual Control Rights Current State —Administrators can see and grant dual control rights to all Cash users. In ANB Go Business —There is no visibility into dual control settings for Administrators in ANB Go Business. Administrators no longer can grant or remove dual control from any user. Dual control is set at the company level by American National Bank. To change this setting, it is necessary to contact the bank and update the agreement on file.
Adding, Editing and Canceling Products or Services Current State —The Cash Management Agreement designates a user on the resolution who has authority to elect or cancel Treasury Services products. In ANB Go Business —Individuals on the Business Entity Resolution with authority to enter or make changes to depository contracts can elect or cancel Treasury Services products. You may be asked to complete a Business Entity Resolution. New Services and Accounts Current State —New services and accounts can be added to online banking without a signature. In ANB Go Business —New services and accounts to be added to ANB Go Business require a signed document. Authorities Current State —There are Full , Partial and View Only Administrators. In ANB Go Business —Only Full Administrators will be converted into the Administrator role. Partial and View Only Administrator users will be converted into a user role with access to the accounts and permissions as allowed, minus their previous Administrator authority. User Access Current State —The Designated Customer Contacts are granted access to any new products and accounts the customer has elected. In ANB Go Business —All Administrators will be granted access to all the products and accounts the customer has elected. Create or Edit Users Current State —An Administrator can create or edit users. The bank must approve all new users. In ANB Go Business —An Administrator can create or edit users in ANB Go Business. A second Administrator is required to approve all new users and edits. If a second Administrator does not exist, this will not apply. A one-time password will be required for all user changes.

Dual Control Current State— Dual control can be enabled for a particular user for ACH initiation in the current system. In ANB Go Business —If any user has dual control required for ACH initiation, dual control will be enabled for all users. Dual Control Editing Current State —There is no dual control on editing ACH templates. In ANB Go Business —If a customer has dual control required for ACH initiation in ANB Go Business, dual control will be required for editing ACH templates. ACH Detail Current State —Additional ACH detail is obtained by clicking on the Additional Info link in Account History. In ANB Go Business —Additional ACH detail (ACH Remittance Detail), can be obtained by running a report in the Reporting menu of ANB Go Business. ACH Over Limits Current State —ACH over limits are granted via a phone call to the bank. In ANB Go Business —In ANB Go Business, ACH over limits require a signed form to be completed and returned to the ACH department. Please plan accordingly and allow for extra time for this process to occur. ACH Offset Entry Current State —ACHs are initiated with the offset entry included in the batch. In ANB Go Business —The offsetting account will need to be selected in online banking prior to initiation. ACH Initiation Current State —ACHs are currently originated from the Cash Management ACH Function. In ANB Go Business —ACH initiation will be done as follows in ANB Go Business: Using the Payment Center: NACHA formatted files will be uploaded using the NACHA Import feature. If you import a non-NACHA file, please see the user guide for step-by-step instructions.
ACH Initiation Process Current State —ACH initiation process: Dual Control:
1st user edits or uploads the batch (prepares for approval). 2nd user initiates the batch (releases to bank for processing). Full Control: 1st user edits/uploads and initiates the batch (prepares and releases the batch to bank for processing).
In ANB Go Business —ACH initiation process in ANB Go Business: Dual Control:
1st user initiates (creates), modifies, or imports/upload the batch and must Submit for Approval (These steps are required to set the batch up for the approval process). 2nd user would approve the batch (releases to bank for processing). Full Control: 1st user initiates and sends payment (prepares and releases the batch to bank for processing). We encourage you to reference the user guide the first time you submit a batch for processing. ACH Cut Off Current State —Daily ACH cut off time is 12:00 p.m. CST. In ANB Go Business— There will be multiple payment processing times (ACH file cut times) throughout the day. Please reference the new ACH processing times in the user guide located on the transition site, american.bank/clientinfo/NENT. Same Day ACH Current State —Same Day ACH is not currently available. In ANB Go Business —In ANB Go Business, Same Day ACH is available. Please contact the bank if you are interested in Same Day ACH. Additional fees may apply.

Recurring Principal Only Payments Current State —Recurring Principal Only Loan payments are available. In ANB Go Business —Recurring Principal Only Loan payments are not available in ANB Go Business. However, a recurring Regular Payment can be established.
Principal Only Payments Current State —Principal Only Loan payments are made using the Transfer function. In ANB Go Business —Principal Loan Payments cannot be made in the Transfer Center in ANB Go Business. Principal Loan Payments can be made through the Payment Center. Click on “Initiate Payment” and select “Loan Payment” in the Payment Type dropdown. Future-Dated Principal Only Payments Current State —Future-dated Principal Only loan payments are currently available. In ANB Go Business —Future-dated Principal Only Loan payments are not available in ANB Go Business.
What’s changing? | Mobile
ACH, Wire, and Bill Pay Current State —ACH and Wire initiation via templates and Bill Pay are currently available on the mobile app. In ANB Go Business —ACH, Wire initiation and Bill Pay are not available on the ANB Go Business app.
What’s changing? | Transfers
Importing Transfers Current State —Importing transfers are not currently available. In ANB Go Business —After creating a transfer import map, users can create a corresponding file with transfer details and import the file to initiate transfers.
Transfer Templates Current State —Transfer templates are not currently available. In ANB Go Business —Templates can be created for transfers. For both incoming and outgoing transfers, the amount and memo can be retained for future use.

What’s changing? | Remote Deposit Capture
Remote Deposit Users Current State —User Administration is currently accessed through a direct website. In ANB Go Business —When setting up a new user to access Remote Deposit Capture through ANB Go Business, the user will first need to be created in ANB Go Business. The Administrator will then need to create the user in the Remote Deposit Capture platform. Upon completion, you will need to notify American National Bank to link the user profiles to ensure the single sign-on function will work.
Remote Deposit Access Current State —Remote Deposit Capture is accessed through a secure website. In ANB Go Business —Remote Deposit Capture can be accessed through ANB Go Business using your online banking credentials. If you wish to continue to have access through the direct website, your existing credentials will continue to work.
What’s changing? | Statements and Notices
ACH Return and Chargeback Current State —ACH Return and ACH Chargeback notices are not available in online banking. In ANB Go Business —From the Notices option under Other Services , Administrators will be able to see ACH Return and Chargeback notices. These notices will also be mailed to the business address on file.
eStatement Elections Current State —Electronic statement elections can be made in online banking. In ANB Go Business —Electronic statement elections can be made by contacting American National Bank to complete signed documentation. Account Analysis Current State —Account Analysis statements are not currently available in online banking. In ANB Go Business —Administrators will be able to see Account Analysis statements in ANB Go Business.

What’s changing? | Wires
Wire Limits Current State —Different Wire limits for users are allowed based on the account. In ANB Go Business —There is now one Wire limit per user for all accounts. A user’s lowest limit will be applied. Foreign Currency Wires Current State —Foreign Currency Wires cannot currently be done via online banking. In ANB Go Business —Foreign Currency Wires are available in ANB Go Business. Exchange rate and USD equivalent are displayed at the time of Wire creation.
Enabling Dual Control Current State —Dual control can be enabled for a particular user for Wire initiation. In ANB Go Business —If any user has dual control required for Wire initiation in ANB Go Business, dual control will be enabled for all users. Dual Control Editing Current State —There is currently no dual control on editing Wire templates. In ANB Go Business —If a user has dual control required for Wire initiation in ANB Go Business, dual control will be required for editing Wire templates. Wire Timing Current State —Wires are currently sent on the day the Wire is approved. In ANB Go Business —When entering a Wire, users must select a Transaction Date (the date when the Wire should be released, can be future dated). The Wire must be approved before 3:45 p.m. CST on the Transaction Date. If the Wire is not approved, a new Transaction Date will need to be selected prior to sending the Wire. Wire Name and Address Current State —When clients initiate Wire payments, the account name and address are pulled from the corresponding account. In ANB Go Business —The client address associated with the Company listed as “Primary” on the online banking profile will pull. The name associated with the account number that the Wires are being sent from, will be utilized. Wire Over Limits Current State —Wire over limits are granted via a phone call to the bank. In ANB Go Business —Wire over limits require a signed form to be completed and returned to the Wire department. Please allow for extra time for this process to occur.
