What’s changing? | Administration
Treasury Services Products Current State —Administrators are not required to be the Administrators for all Treasury Services products. In ANB Go Business —Administrators are required to be the Administrators for all Treasury Services products. Administrators will be added as Administrators to all other enrolled Treasury Services products (Bill Pay, Remote Deposit Capture and Positive Pay/ACH Filters) as necessary. Audit Report Current State —An Audit Report is not currently available in online banking. In ANB Go Business —An Audit Report, which details all actions taken by online banking users, is available to Administrators in ANB Go Business.
Administrator Authorities Current State —An Administrator can only edit users. In ANB Go Business —An Administrator can create, edit and delete users in ANB Go Business. A second Administrator is required to approve all new users, user edits and deleting of users. If a second Administrator doesn’t exist, this will not apply. Adding New Accounts Current State —When applicable, new accounts can be added to the current system without a signature. In ANB Go Business —An individual designated on the Business Entity Resolution will contact the bank to complete documentation to add any new account to ANB Go Business.

What’s changing? | Accounts
Account History Current State —Two years of account history are currently available. In ANB Go Business —In ANB Go Business, 13 months of account history will be available. Deposited Check Images Current State —Deposited check images are not currently available on online banking. In ANB Go Business —Deposited check images are available on ANB Go Business. Ordering New Checks Current State —Users can currently click on a “Check Reorder” link in online banking to place a new check order. In ANB Go Business —An authorized individual on the Business Resolution will need to contact the bank to place a new check order. Address Changes Current State —Address changes can be submitted on online banking. In ANB Go Business —An authorized individual on the Business Resolution will need to contact American National Bank to request an address change and sign a Change of Address form.
Balances Current State —There are two primary balances displayed in online banking: 1. A vailable Balance: This is the balance of the funds that are available to you at any given time, which can include incoming credits and debits to your account. 2. C urrent Balance: This is the end of day balance from the previous business day. In ANB Go Business —There will now be three primary balances displayed in ANB Go Business: 1. T oday’s Opening Ledger: This is the end of day balance from the previous business day. 2. C losing Available: This is the balance from the previous day, less any checks deposited that have not been fully cleared. 3. Current Available: This is the balance of funds that are available to you at any given time, which can include incoming credits and debits to your account. Account Nicknames Current State —Account nicknames can currently be set individually by each user. In ANB Go Business —Account nicknames apply to all users and can only be established or changed by Administrators. Account nicknames set by the Administrator (who was created first) will be the account nicknames in ANB Go Business. Please contact American National Bank if you need information regarding which Administrator was created first. Check and Deposit Images Current State —Check and deposit ticket images are available on the current online banking system. In ANB Go Business —For a period after the upgrade, historical images may not be available until they have been successfully migrated to ANB Go Business. Images will be available for transactions that occur and post to your account after the upgrade.

What’s changing? | ACH
ACH Cut Off Times Current State —The current Next Day ACH cut off time is 3:00 p.m. CST. In ANB Go Business —The Next Day ACH cut off time is 6:30 p.m. CST in ANB Go Business. Initiated ACHs will be sent to the bank hourly during business hours for processing. In addition, initiated ACHs cannot be edited or deleted after the transaction has been sent to the bank for processing. Prefunded ACH Current State —Payroll, Single Payment, Payments Batch and Tax Payment transactions are all prefunded. Funds are debited from your account 1-2 days prior to the effective date. In ANB Go Business —ACH Payments will continue to be prefunded. If you have dual control, funds will be debited from your account the day the transaction is approved. If you do not have dual control, funds will be debited from your account the day the transaction is initiated. We recommend you initiate or approve ACH transactions no sooner than 1-2 business days prior to the effective date. Payroll, Single Payment and Payments Batch Current State —Payroll, Single Payment and Payments Batch ACHs are originated by: 1. Clicking “Payments” under the Commercial menu option 2. Select “Payroll”, “Single Payment” or “Payments Batch” under New Payment or New Template In ANB Go Business —In ANB Go Business, ACHs are originated by: 1. Clicking ”Initiate” or “Create Template” in the Payment Center 2. Select “Corporate Payments” or “Consumer Payments” Tax Payment Current State —Tax Payment ACHs are originated by clicking on “Tax Payment” under the Commercial menu option.
Single Receipt or Receipt Batch Current State —Single Receipt or Receipt Batch ACHs are originated by: 1. Clicking “Payments” under the Commercial menu option 2. Select “Single Receipt” or “Receipt Batch” under New Payment or New Template In ANB Go Business —ACHs are originated by: 1. Clicking “Initiate” or “Create Template” in the Payment Center 2. Select “Corporate Collections” or “Consumer Collections” Transaction Import Current State —ACH transactions can be originated via an ACH Import or NACHA file. In ANB Go Business —ACH transaction cannot be originated via an ACH Import or NACHA file. If you wish to originate ACH via an ACH Import or NACHA file, please contact the bank. Payees Current State —ACHs are originated via a new payment, new template or an available template in the “Payments” section under the Commercial menu option. In ANB Go Business —ACH payees will need to be created prior to creating an ACH. Payees are created in the Payee Directory. Once created, ACHs are originated through the Payment Center. A one-to-one payment will be sent from the Payment Center to Business or Individual payees. Employee payments can be sent in batches to payees designated as “Employee.” Step by step instructions are available in the user guide. Templates Current State —ACH batch templates can be saved for repeated use. In ANB Go Business —Templates are not available in ANB Go Business. However, a Payee Directory is available. Existing template recipients have been converted to payees in the Payee Directory. You will need to review your payees and ensure they are categorized appropriately as “Business”, “Individual” or “Employee”. If a payee is not categorized as an “Employee”, they cannot be used for Employee batch payments.
In ANB Go Business —ACHs are originated by: 1. Clicking “Initiate” or “Create Template” in the Payment Center 2. Select “Tax Payment”

Dual Control (Receipt Batch) Current State —Dual control can be set individually on Single Receipt and Receipt Batch. In ANB Go Business —If you have dual control on Single Receipt or Receipt Batch, you will have dual control on your ACH Company ID that starts with a “3.” Temporary Limit Increases Current State —ACH temporary limit increases are granted via a phone call to the bank. In ANB Go Business —ACH temporary limit increases require a signed form to be completed and returned to the ACH department. Please plan for extra time for this process to occur. Recipients Current State —ACH recipients can be notified via email regarding an initiated ACH transaction. In ANB Go Business —ACH recipients cannot be notified via an email from ANB Go Business regarding an initiated ACH transaction. ACH History Current State —All ACHs initiated on online banking can be viewed on online banking. In ANB Go Business —ACH history will not carry over to ANB Go Business. However, ACH history will build in ANB Go Business starting May 17th and be available for 13 months. Monitoring Current State —The bank monitors online banking payment initiation and performs call backs based on unusual activity and dollar amount. In ANB Go Business —The bank will continue to monitor online banking payment initiation and perform call backs based on unusual activity including amounts that are not normal activity for your organization. ACH Reversals Current State —An authorized individual on the Business Resolution must contact the bank to request an ACH Reversal. In ANB Go Business —ACH Reversals can be initiated in ANB Go Business. This permission will be permitted to Administrators with ACH initiation.
ACH Offset Current State —An ACH offset account can be any account a user has withdrawal access on. In ANB Go Business —ACH offset accounts in ANB Go Business will be any account you have used as an ACH offset within the last 12 months along with any account connected to an ACH template. Daily Limits Current State —ACH transactions are calculated against daily limits based on the date they were created. In ANB Go Business —In ANB Go Business, ACH transactions are calculated against daily limits based on the date they are effective. Limits Current State — Users can be granted the following ACH limits: 1. M aximum Amount: Per Transaction,
Per Account Per Day, Per Day, Per Month 2. Maximum Count: Per Account Per Day, Per Day, Per Month
In ANB Go Business —Users can be granted the following ACH limits in ANB Go Business:
1. Initiation per ACH Company ID 2. Approval per ACH Company ID
User Access Current State —Users can be granted access to only view their own ACH transactions. In ANB Go Business —In ANB Go Business, users will be able to see all ACH transactions initiated with an ACH Company ID they have access to. Dual Control (Single Payment, Payments Batch and Tax Payment) Current State —Dual control can currently be set individually on Single Payment, Payments Batch and Tax Payment. In ANB Go Business —If you have dual control on Single Payment, Payments Batch or Tax Payment, you will have dual control on your ACH Company ID that starts a “2.”

Wire Limits Current State —Users can currently be granted the following Wire limits: 1. M aximum Amount: Per Transaction,
Wire Cut Off Times Current State —The current Wire cutoff time is 3:00 p.m. CST. In ANB Go Business —The new Wire cutoff time will be 3:45 p.m. CST. Domestic and International Limits Current State —Limits are set individually for Domestic Wires and International Wires. In ANB Go Business —Your Wire limits in ANB Go Business will be the minimum of your Domestic Wire and International Wire limits. If you would like to raise your Wire limit in ANB Go Business, please contact American National Bank. Utilized Limits Current State —Daily and monthly Wire limits are currently utilized. In ANB Go Business —Daily Wire limits will be utilized. Monthly Wire limits will no longer be utilized in ANB Go Business. Daily limits will be attached to ACH Company IDs. If you have the Payroll ACH service, your Payroll daily limit will be attached to an ACH Company ID with a “1” in front of your Tax Identification Number. If you have the Single Payment, Payments Batch, or Tax Payment ACH service, your Single Payment, Payments Batch and Tax Payment daily limits will be combined and attached to an ACH Company ID with a “2” in front of your Tax Identification Number. If you have the Single Receipt or Receipt Batch ACH service, your Single Receipt and Receipt Batch daily limits will be combined and attached to an ACH Company ID with a “3” in front of your Tax Identification Number. If you have the ACH Pass-Thru ACH service, your ACH Pass-Thru daily limit will be attached to an ACH Company ID with a “4” in front of your Tax Identification Number. Daily Limits Current State —Wire transactions are calculated against daily limits based on the date they were created. In ANB Go Business —Wire transactions are calculated against daily limits based on the date they are effective.

Wire History Current State —All Wires initiated on online banking can be viewed on online banking. In ANB Go Business —Wire history will not carry over to ANB Go Business. However, Wire history will build in ANB Go Business starting May 17th and be available for 13 months. Temporary Limit Increases Current State —Temporary limit increases on Wires are granted via a phone call to the bank. In ANB Go Business —Wire temporary limit increases require a signed form to be completed and returned to the Wire department. Please plan accordingly for extra time for this process to occur.

Transfer Templates Current State —Transfer templates are not currently available.
Transfer Limits Current State —Users can currently be granted the following transfer limits: 1. M aximum Amount: Per Transaction,
In ANB Go Business —Templates can be created for transfers in ANB Go Business. The From Account, To Account, Amount and Memo can be retained for future use. This permission will be granted to all Administrators. Importing Transfers Current State —Importing transfers are not available in online banking. In ANB Go Business —After creating a transfer import map, users can create a corresponding file with transfer details and import the file to initiate transfers. This permission will be granted to all Administrators in ANB Go Business. Transfer Permissions Current State —Transfers are currently a requested service. In ANB Go Business —This permission will be granted to all Administrators. If you currently have transfer permissions, they will carry over to ANB Go Business.

What’s changing? | Statements & Notices
eStatement Elections Current State —eStatement elections can currently be made in the online banking system. In ANB Go Business —eStatement elections can be made by contacting the bank to complete signed documentation. Statements Current State —You can access up to 24 months of statements through your current online banking. In ANB Go Business —You will still be able to retrieve historical statements through ANB Go Business. As a measure of good record keeping, we advise you to save the last 12 months of statements from your current online banking if immediate access is needed.
Monthly Account Statements Current State —Monthly account statements are currently generated at the end of each month. In ANB Go Business —Monthly account statements will continue to generate at the end of each month. For the month of May, you will receive one statement with transactions posting to your account through May 14th. You will then receive an additional second statement running from May 17th through the end of the month. Account Analysis Statements Current State —Account Analysis statements are not currently available in online banking. In ANB Go Business —Administrators will be able to see Account Analysis statements for checking accounts in ANB Go Business. Notices Current State —ACH Correction and Chargeback notices are not currently available in the online banking system. In ANB Go Business —From the “Notices” option under “Other Services”, Administrators will be able to see ACH Correction and Chargeback notices. These notices will continue to be mailed to the business address as well.

What’s changing? | QuickBooks®/Quicken®
Importing Transactions Current State —Transactions are currently imported into QuickBooks and Quicken. In ANB Go Business —To avoid duplicate transactions being imported, be sure to set the date range for only new transactions when setting the import of transactions.
Web Connect and Express Web Connect Current State —Web Connect and Express Web Connect are currently available. In ANB Go Business —Web Connect and Express Web Connect are still available in ANB Go Business. You will need to reassociate your bank account with the following bank name: American National Bank NE–DC. If you are accessing QuickBooks Online, look carefully for American National Bank – Business with american.bank listed below it. The QuickBooks Online connection may be interrupted for up to 5 days post the upgrade.

Stop Payments Current State —Stop Payments can be initiated on the mobile app. In ANB Go Business —Stop Payments cannot be initiated on the ANB Go Business app. Bill Pay Current State —Bill Pay can be accessed through the mobile app. In ANB Go Business —Bill Pay cannot be accessed through the ANB Go Business app. Positive Pay and ACH Filters Current State —Positive Pay and ACH Filters can be accessed through the mobile app. In ANB Go Business —Positive Pay and ACH Filters cannot be accessed through the ANB Go Business app.
Mobile App Current State —Our mobile app is currently called ANB MN Mobile. In ANB Go Business —Our mobile app is now called ANB Go Business . The ANB Go Business app can be downloaded in the app store on your mobile device beginning on May 17th. Viewing Statements Current State —Statements can currently be viewed through the mobile app. In ANB Go Business —Statements cannot be viewed through the ANB Go Business app. Alerts Current State —Alerts can currently be set up on the mobile app. In ANB Go Business —Alerts cannot be set up on the ANB Go Business app. These can be established through the desktop.

Recurring Principal Only Payments Current State —Recurring Principal Only Loan payments are currently available. In ANB Go Business —Recurring Principal Only Loan payments are no longer available. However, a Recurring Regular Payment can be established in ANB Go Business.
Principal Only Payments Current State —Principal Only Loan payments are made using the “Funds Transfer” menu option in the current system. In ANB Go Business —Principal Only Loan payments can be made through the Payment Center. Click on “Initiate Payment” and select “Loan Payment” in the Payment Type dropdown. Future-dated Principal Only Payments Current State —Future-dated Principal Only Loan Payments are currently available. In ANB Go Business —Future-dated Principal Only Loan payments are not available in ANB Go Business.

Bill Pay Limits Current State —An authorized individual on the Business Resolution can request limits for Bill Payment transactions. In ANB Go Business —Increased standard limits will be applied for all customers. Please contact the bank if you have questions on these new Bill Pay limits. Current State —The current Bill Pay cut off time is 3:00 p.m. CST. In ANB Go Business —The Bill Pay cut off time in ANB Go Business is 2:00 p.m. CST.
Bill Pay Checks Current State —Bill Pay checks are generated with our vendor’s account number. In ANB Go Business —Bill Pay checks will be generated with your account number. Scheduled Payments Current State —Users are not able to see bill payments scheduled by other users within your organization. In ANB Go Business —Users will be able to see bill payments scheduled after May 17th by other users within your organization. Payees Current State —Users are not able to see payees created by other users within your organization. In ANB Go Business —Users will be able to see bill payments scheduled after May 17th by other users within your organization.

What’s changing? | Stop Payments
Dual Control Current State —Stop Payments can require dual control on online banking. In ANB Go Business —Stop Payments cannot require dual control in ANB Go Business. If you previously had dual control on Stop Payments, the Stop Payment permission will only be given to the Administrators. Stop Payment Permissions Current State —Stop Payments are a requested service. In ANB Go Business —This permission will be granted to all Administrators. If you currently have stop payment permissions, they will carry over to ANB Go Business.
Stop Payment User Permissions Current State —A user can be granted permission to only draft or approve a Stop Payment. In ANB Go Business — If a user was granted permission to only draft or approve a Stop Payment, they will not be able to initiate a Stop Payment in ANB Go Business. An Administrator may grant authority for the user to place a Stop Payment. Stop Payment Limits Current State —An Administrator can limit the number of Stop Payments a user is allowed to initiate on online banking. In ANB Go Business —An Administrator cannot limit the number of Stop Payments a user can initiate in ANB Go Business.

New Users Current State —The bank must be contacted for the setup of new Remote Deposit Capture users. In ANB Go Business —Administrators can create new users in the Remote Deposit platform. Please reference the Remote Deposit Capture user guide for step-by-step instructions.
What’s changing? | Positive Pay
New Users Current State —The bank must be contacted for the setup of new Positive Pay/ACH Filters users. In ANB Go Business —In ANB Go Business, Administrators can create new users in the Positive Pay/ACH Filters platform. Please reference the Positive Pay/ACH Filters user guide for step-by-step instructions.
