Important Steps Needed to Prepare for Your May 17th Upgrade
Bill Pay Changes Must Be Made by May 10th While we are preparing the system for the upgrade, you will not be able to schedule or modify payments through Bill Pay from Monday, May 10th at 12:00 a.m. until Monday, May 17th at 8:00 a.m. Online bill payments scheduled to process from Monday, May 10th to Friday, May 14th at 12:00 p.m. will process as normal. Payments cannot occur from Friday, May 14th at 12:00 p.m. to Monday, May 17th at 8:00 a.m. Payments scheduled from May 17th on will be processed in ANB Go Business. Identify Online Administrators —An administrator-based system is a powerful difference from most current platforms. Online administrators provide your business greater flexibility and control. They will be able to add, modify, and remove system access and modify users’ permissions for those within your organization. You must have an online administrator. If an online administrator is not identified, please contact us. Identify Recurring Transfer and ACH Payments —Review and record any recurring transfers and ACHs you currently have in place by May 14th. This will be the last date that scheduled recurring transfers and ACHs will be processed in your current system. View Training Webinars and Other Resources —Visit american.bank/clientinfo/FESS . You can view training videos, tutorials, and access a detailed user guide. Download the “What’s Changing” Brochure —Go to and bookmark american.bank/clientinfo/FESS to access important transition information. Download the “What’s Changing” brochure and carefully review it.
