What you need to do. Please review this section carefully and take the steps to ensure a smooth transition to ANB Go Business.
Important Steps Needed to Prepare for Your May 17th Upgrade
Download the “What’s Changing” Brochure —Go to and bookmark american.bank/clientinfo/NENT to access important transition information. We highly recommend you carefully review the ACH and Wire sections.
Sign up for Training Webinars and View Resources —Visit american.bank/clientinfo/NENT . You can view training videos, tutorials, and access a detailed user guide.
Confirm Email Addresses —In the current online banking system, go to the CM Users tab by May 12th and ensure each user has a current and valid email address listed. New passwords will be sent to each user at this email address. Print and Save Current ACH and Wire Templates —While we will do our best to correctly transfer all your ACH and Wire Templates, we highly recommend verifying all templates. Best practice would be to save or print all templates by May 14th for future reference as needed. Also please note, your batch history will not be available in ANB Go Business. Plan Ahead to Update NACHA Formatted File Structure —If you upload NACHA formatted files, please work with your vendor to update your file structure after you have processed your last file on the existing online banking system. This may take some time if you need to work with your vendor so that you are set to go. Files will not be able to be processed on the new system until after the required changes have been made. See “Important Steps Needed Post-Upgrade” on page 5 for specific details.
Upgrade Date: May 17, 2021 | Action Required by Friday, May 14

Identify Recurring Transfers —Review and record any recurring transfers you currently have in place on or before May 14th so they can be replicated in the new system. This will be the last date scheduled recurring transfers will be processed in your current system. Identify Recurring Alerts —Review and record any recurring alerts you currently have in place on or before May 14th so they can be replicated in the new system. Plan for Early Cutoff Times —The bank is closing on Friday, May 14th at 12:00 p.m. All ACH and Wire transactions, bill payments and remote deposits must be completed prior to 12:00 p.m.
Note Changes Made After May 12th —Any changes to users and ACH and Wire Templates made after May 11th will not be transferred to ANB Go Business.
The current system will function until 12:00 p.m. on May 14th.
Review Firewall Permissions —Check your company’s firewall permissions and ensure access to business.american.bank/cbe is allowed. Download Modern Browser —To maximize all of the benefits of ANB Go Business, a modern browser is essential. We highly recommend using the most current version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari for the best experience. Old versions may yield inferior service.
