This transformation, which will take place on Monday, May 17th, will be a major step in the future of our company and our partnership with you. Our priority with this new system has been to make banking more accessible, personal, and customizable. This guide is your resource to understand the changes, as well as service availability, from May 14th–17th while we complete implementation. To ensure a smooth transition, there are actions you need to take by Friday, May 14th. I am confident that you will find these changes to be exceptional advances in service technology. Important Steps Needed to Prepare for Your May 17th Upgrade

Download the “What’s Changing” Brochure —Go to and bookmark american.bank/clientinfo/QENT to access important transition information. We highly recommend you carefully review the ACH and Wire sections. Sign up for Training Webinars and View Resources —Visit american.bank/client info/QENT . You can view training videos, tutorials, and access a detailed user guide. Identify Recurring Transfers —Review and record any recurring transfers you currently have in place by May 14th . This will be the last date scheduled recurring transfers will be processed in your current system. The frequency for all recurring transfers will need to be re-established in ANB Go Business when it goes live on May 17th. Identify Recurring ACH Payments —Review and record any recurring ACHs you currently have in place by May 14th . This will be the last date scheduled ACHs will be processed in your current system. The frequency for all recurring ACHs will need to be re- established in ANB Go Business when it goes live on May 17th. Print and Save Current ACH and Wire Recipient Detail —We highly recommend verifying all templates. Best practice would be to save or print all detail for recipients for future reference as needed. Please note that Wire templates that do not have a valid routing number, SWIFT/BIC code or IBAN will not be carried over. Ensure all Recipients are Connected to a Template —ACH and Wire recipients that are not currently connected to a template will not carry over to ANB Go Business. If recipients are not currently in a template, one will need to be created for them prior to May 14th.

Note Changes Made After May 11th —Any changes to users, recipients and ACH/wire templates made after May 11th will not be transferred to ANB Go Business. The current system will function until 12:00 p.m. on May 14th. Download Modern Browser —To maximize all of the benefits of ANB Go Business, a modern browser is essential. We highly recommend using a current version of Chrome, Edge, or Safari for the best experience. Old versions may yield inferior service. Review Firewall Permissions —Check your company’s firewall permissions and ensure access to business.american.bank/cbe is allowed. Plan Ahead to Update NACHA-Formatted File Structure —If you upload NACHA-formatted files, please work with your vendor to update your file structure after you have processed your last file on the existing online banking system. This may take some time if you need to work with your vendor so that you are set to go. Files will not be able to be processed on the new system until after the required changes have been made. See “Important Steps Needed Post-Upgrade” on page 6 for specific details. Note Existing Alerts —All alerts will need to be re-established in ANB Go Business. You may want to note any existing alerts you have in place.

Important Steps Needed Post-Upgrade

After May 17th, utilize the ANB Go Business User Guide found on your resources site, american.bank/clientinfo/QENT , and first- time login instructions found on page 11. Enter Changes Made after May 11th in ANB Go Business —Please enter any changes to users, recipients, and ACH/wire templates made after May 11th into the new system. Re-establish the Frequency for Recurring Transfers —All information regarding recurring transfers will transfer over to ANB Go Business except for the frequency of how often the transfer should occur. The frequency of transfers must be re-established. Re-establish the Frequency for ACH Payments —All information regarding recurring ACH payments will transfer over to ANB Go Business except for the frequency of how often the ACH payment should occur. The frequency of ACH payments must be re-established. Validate ACH and Wire Template Recipients —Recipients within templates will transfer to the new system in an active status. Please verify all recipient details prior to the first use of each template. Create an ACH Import Map —If you upload a non-NACHA- formatted file, please build an ACH Import Map in ANB Go Business prior to initiating a non-NACHA-formatted file. Please reference the video and user guide available on your resource site for detailed steps.

Update NACHA-Formatted File Structure Before First ACH Can be Sent after May 17th. 1. Confirm a “1” is in front of your ACH Company ID if your file is used for “Payroll” 2. P ut a “2” in front of your ACH Company ID if your file is used for “Single Payment,” “Payments Batch,” or “Tax Payment” 3. P ut a “3” in front of your ACH Company ID if your file is used for “Single Receipt” or “Receipt Batch” 4. Put a “4” in front of your ACH Company ID if your file is used for “ACH Pass-Thru” 5. Update the Immediate Origin Number to 104000854 6. Update the Immediate Origin Name to AM NATL BANK 7. Update the Immediate Destination ID Number to 101000048 8. U pdate the Immediate Destination Name to FEDERAL RESERVE BANK

What you need to know.

Company and User IDs are Required for Login All users will be required to enter a Company ID in addition to their User ID and password when logging into ANB Go Business. User IDs will have all special characters removed (if applicable) and be reduced to less than 12 characters. Your Company ID and updated User ID will be communicated via an email sent from communication@anbank.com prior to the upgrade. New passwords will also be required, and a temporary password will be emailed to all users from donotreply@business. american.bank over the upgrade weekend. Please retain these credentials for use post-upgrade. Mid-Month Statement on May 14th You will receive an additional mid-month statement reflecting activity from May 1st to May 14th. Your standard end-of-month statement will reflect activity from May 17th to May 31st.

Your Routing Number is Changing Routing number 096000661 is changing to 104000854. What does this mean for checks? Continue to use your existing checks. There is no need to order new checks due to this change. When you order new checks from us in the future, the routing number will be updated automatically. If you order checks from a third party, please provide this new routing number. Electronic transactions will continue to post with the existing routing number. What does this mean for ACH and Wires? Automatic change notifications will be sent to update the routing number on electronic (ACH) transactions. You may get calls from parties to verify the new routing number, 104000854. We will continue to receive incoming wire transfers using our existing instructions until further notice. After May 17th, please begin providing updated wiring instructions to your senders. Updated wire instructions can be found at american.bank/clientinfo/QENT . Full Administrator Authorities are Changing —Administrators can create, edit, and delete users. Authorities will now include access to all accounts and services the business is enrolled in. Any user designated as an “Administrator” will have the new permissions granted to them.

Fee Changes * Enterprise Online Banking —$35.00 per month

Bill Pay —$5.00 per month and $0.50 per item over 20 items Check Images with Statements —$5.00 per month per statement** ACH and Wire Access —$0.00 per month Online Wire Access (Wire only) —$0.00 per month Fee Assessment During the Upgrade For the following account types: Money Market and Savings , all fees, with the exception of your monthly minimum fee and per-item fee (if applicable), will be assessed in the mid-month statement on May 14th. All fees that are incurred during May 17th–May 31st, including your monthly minimum fee and per-item fee (if applicable), will be assessed on May 31st. For these account types: Business Value , Business Basic , Commercial Prime , External Sweep , Repo Checking , Premier Business ZBA , Nonprofit Premier+ and Premier+ , fees and/or interest will be processed on June 11th. Starting in June, all fees for all accounts will be processed on the last business day of the month.

*Current fee schedule remains the same except for the addition of the above changes. ** Please contact the bank if you wish to remove images from your paper statements.

Accessing ANB Go Business.

First-Time Login Instructions

2 You will be redirected to the following URL: business.american.bank/cbe .

1 Using Chrome, Edge, or Safari, go to www.american.bank and click on “Log In.”

3 Enter your Company and User IDs. See page 7 for details.

4 Enter your temporary password.

6 Create security questions and answers. These questions will be used to validate your identity when using the “Forgot Password” link.

5 Review and accept or decline the Terms and Conditions. If the terms are declined, you will be unable to access the system.

8 Create your secure password. Your password must contain at least one letter, number, and special character. It cannot contain your Customer ID or your User ID. It must be between eight and 24 characters in length.

7 Enter a phone number to have the option of receiving a one- time passcode via a text or call in addition to email.

For the same powerful experience, log in to your account at www.american.bank . Choose “Log In” in the top right corner of the page. On the Login page, select “ ANB Go Business ” to access your account.

Download the New ANB Go Business App You can download the ANB Go Business app from Google Play or the Apple App Store at any time. It will be available for use at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 17th.

Frequently asked questions.

When will ANB Go Business, the new online platform, go live? ANB Go Business will go live by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, May 17th.

Will User IDs and passwords change? Yes. User IDs will have all special characters removed (if applicable) and be reduced to less than 12 characters. Your Company ID and updated User ID will be communicated via email prior to the upgrade. A temporary password will be emailed to all users over the upgrade weekend. What do I need to do to prepare for this upgrade? Please reference “What You Need To Do” starting on page 3 of this document for steps that need to be completed both prior to May 14th and after May 17th. Are Administrative authorities changing? Yes, an Administrator can create, edit, and delete users in ANB Go Business. A second Administrator is required to approve all new users, user edits, and deleting of users. How do I find the new mobile app? The new mobile app can be found by searching for “ ANB Go Business ” in the app store associated with your mobile device. See page 12 for more information.

What is the bank name in Intuit for QuickBooks®/Quicken®? If you are accessing the desktop version of QuickBooks/Quicken, look for bank name American National Bank NE–DC . If you are accessing QuickBooks Online, look carefully for American National Bank–Business with american.bank listed below it . The QuickBooks Online connection may be interrupted for up to five days post-upgrade. You will need to disconnect and reconnect your accounts to QuickBooks. Are there training resources available? Yes. User guides, videos, and the ability to register for instructional webinars are offered via our online banking resource center: american.bank/clientinfo/QENT . Do I have the option to stay on the current online banking platform? Remaining on the current online banking platform is not an option. We are confident you will enjoy the many benefits and enhancements offered by ANB Go Business. If my company does not currently use online and mobile banking, how do I enroll in ANB Go Business? You can enroll in ANB Go Business after May 17th by reaching out to your local branch, relationship banker, or by contacting client support.
