Consumer Bill Pay Editing Payments

You can change a payment even after you schedule it. This convenient feature gives you the freedom to change the way you make your payments.

In the Transactions tab, click Bill Payment . Then click the Advanced button and select Visit Bill Pay Site . 1. In the pending window, find the payment you wish to edit and click the Edit button. 2. If the payment is recurring, choose whether you want to edit a single occurrence or the entire series. 3. Click the Continue button.
