Consumer Bill Pay Editing a Gift or Donation Recipient

When you need to make changes to a GiftPay recipient, you can easily update their profile. This is especially beneficial when an address changes.

In the Transactions tab, click Bill Payment . Then click the Advanced button and select Visit Bill Pay Site . 1. Click the GiftPay tab. 2. Select the recipient you would like to edit. 3. Click the Edit button. 4. Make the necessary changes and click the Submit button when you are Consumer Bill Pay: Editing a Gift or Donation Recipient finished.
