Consumer Bill Pay Deleting a Pending Gift or Donation

If you need to cancel a pending gift or donation for any reason, you can easily delete the transaction up until the date it processes.

In the Transactions tab, click Bill Payment . Then click the Advanced button and select Visit Bill Pay Site . 1. Click the GiftPay tab. 2. Click the View pending button.
