Adding a New User An authorized user with Manage Users entitlements can set up a new user by creating a profile, unique login ID and password. Once you establish a user and their login credentials, you can begin assigning user entitlements.
In the sidebar, click Manage Users . 1. Click the icon. 2. (Optional) Click on the image in the upper left-hand corner to add an avatar, then click the icon to upload an image. 3. Enter the user’s first name, last name and email address. 4. Create a new login ID for the user, then enter and confirm a password following our guidelines.
