5. (Optional) Use the drop-down to select a layout template. Applying a template will remove any layout that you may have created below. 6. Arrange the fields in the order they appear in your file from left to right.
Note: If your file has a blank column, you will add a “Filler” notation. If a column contains information that is not one of the required fields or Payee information, you will add a “Filler” notation for that field as well.
7. (Optional) Click the “+ Insert New Field” link to insert a new field. If you would like to ignore a field, insert a “Filler” notation.
