ACH Positive Pay ACH Positive Pay is an added cash management service and is subject to cash management subscription fees. Please contact us at 844-401-7711 or eBizHelp@ AmericanaFinancial.com for more information or to get set up with the service. Filters Create and manage filters to notify you and others of pending ACH items, blocked items matching a ruleset, or make decisions on pending ACH items. As ACH items are presented against the account throughout the day, you will be notified via secure email of exceptions that may result. It is up to the authorized ACH positive pay users to decision these items before their effective date. It is highly recommended to monitor your account throughout the day for any ACH positive pay exceptions.
