Note: When setting up this sub-user account access, you must choose whether to link it to an existing profile or require new credentials. If the user already has digital banking access with ACB, you can allow them to use their existing username and password and simply add the new sub-user account access to their existing profile by leaving the ‘New Credentials Required’ radio button unmarked. When they click the hyperlink in the invite email, they will be prompted to use their existing login. However, if you would prefer the user create new, separate credentials for ACB digital banking, you must mark the radio button for ‘New Credentials Required’ 8. Click the “+ Grant Access to Accounts” link to select which accounts the user has access to. 9. Click the Create Sub-User button. 10. (Optional) Click the Add Another Sub-User button to add another sub-user. 11. (Optional) Click the Edit New Sub-User button to edit the sub-user you just created. 12. Click the Close button when you are finished.
