Adding an External Account Your accounts at other financial institutions can be linked to Digital Banking with ACB, so you can transfer money between two financial institution accounts that you own without ever leaving home! When adding another account, you are asked to verify your ownership of that account. To begin, please contact your ACB banker at 1-844-401-7711. You will need to provide proof of ownership of the external account to begin processing (e.g., bank statement, screenshots of digital banking). Transaction Challenge: To verify the accuracy of the routing and account numbers of the new account, we will do a transaction challenge. After your external account is reviewed and approved by ACB, two small deposits and a withdrawal equaling the deposits will be made to your external account. You can verify these deposits through the Move Money tab, or by clicking the Notification tile on the digital banking dashboard.
