Accounts Stop Payment

If you’re ever worried about an outstanding check, you can initiate a stop payment request to prevent that check from being processed. You can enter a stop payment for Bill Pay payments that were sent as a check. Look up your Bill Pay check’s serial number by going to Move Money, clicking on the Bill Pay payment that was sent as a check under History, and looking under the “Check Status Info” section. A stop payment request is valid only if the check has not yet been cashed or cleared your account. Once a check is presented and paid, it is too late to place a stop payment
