Getting Started Retrieve a Forgotten Username

If you happen to forget your username, you can easily retrieve it from the Anchor D Bank Home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the Sign In button. 2. Click the Help button and select “Forgot Username.” 3. Enter your email address and click the Continue button. 4. Answer the security question and click the Submit button. 5. Your username will be displayed. Click the Ok button to log in.
