Settings

If your current address ever changes and you need to update your contact information, you can submit a request to Bank Forward for one or all accounts. Once it is approved, the address change takes effect immediately. Manage Profile Note : If you need to change the Secure Access Code information that we use to allow you to access your Digital Banking, please go to Settings, Change Security Info, Secure Delivery.

In the Settings tab, click Manage Profile . 1. Choose the accounts that need the address change. 2. Update your contact information. 3. Click the Submit button when you are finished.
