Settings Manage Profile

If your current address ever changes and you need to update your contact information, you can submit a request to Bank Forward for one or all accounts. Once it is approved, the address change takes effect immediately.

Note: This does not change your secure access delivery points, to make changes to your secure delivery information, visit the Change Security Info tab and edit Secure Delivery.

In the Settings tab, click Manage Profile . 1. Choose the account(s) that needs the address change. 2. Update your contact information. 3. Click the Submit button when you are finished.
