Services Statement and Notice Delivery Preferences You can change how you receive your monthly statements for your primary account. Paper statements are physically delivered to you in the mail, while Online Statements can be viewed or downloaded from digital banking.

In the Sidebar Menu , click Document Center . 1. Use the drop-down to select an account and click the Delivery Preferences button. 2. For paperless delivery, use the drop-downs to select the emails which will recieve an alert when documents are available online. 3. Check the boxes to enable paperless delivery.
