Card Controls Report a Lost or Stolen Card

If you have not disabled your card, return to Card Details to change the card status to Disabled. Go to page 116 form more information. This will prevent activity on your card. Next, report your lost, stolen, or damaged card, to our eBanking Center. Our eBanking associates are available from 7am–7pm CT every day, except some federal holidays, at (605) 224-7391 or (800) 253-0362.
