Advanced Bill Pay Alert Preferences
You can set up alerts to notify you of changes to your security preferences or status updates to your payments. This is an easy way to keep in touch with your account activity.

In the Transactions tab, click Bill Payment . Then click the Manage Bill Pay icon and select “Visit Bill Pay Site.” 1. Click on the Helpful Resources panel and select Alert Preferences. 2. Choose which email format is best for receiving the alert. 3. Select or deselect the boxes next to an alert to receive an alert or deactivate one. 4. Click the Save button when you are finished.
Note : Some alerts are not able to be edited for security purposes.
