When your loan documents are ready to be signed you will receive an email from noreply@prosignonline.com. 1. Click the Access Documents button. 2. Click the Send Verification Code button. You will be sent a verification code. 3. Enter the verification code and click the Verify your code button. 4. Draw your signature and initials and click the Save buttons. 5. The consent document will appear, the option to download a copy is optional. 6. Review the document. When you reach end click inside the signature box to apply your signature. Click the button at the top of the screen to continue. 7. Follow the blue arrow on the left hand side of the screen as you scroll, it will direct you where to go to sign. Click inside the highlighted areas to sign. 8. Click the Save button to save your signed document. 9. You’re done signing. 10. To access your documents at a later date, click the Register Account button to register your account. 11. Depending on the state in which you reside, there may be some documents that require a “wet signature”. In this instance after you sign the documents that can be signed electronically, you will be prompted to print and sign. Click the Click here to download the print and sign Document button to download and print these documents. 12. 13. Click the Upload the signed document button to upload the signed documents. 14. To attach the document from your hard drive, click the “click to choose a file” link. Click the appropriate icon to upload a document from Google Docs, your Microsoft account, or Dropbox. 15. Click the button to continue. 16. You will receive confirmation message that your documents were successfully signed. To access your documents at a later date, click the Register Account button to register your account. 17. Click the Exit system button to exit ProSign Online.
