Deposit Checks Install Merchant Capture Scanner

Note : Before beginning the installation: Make sure the scanner is unplugged from the computer. You’ll need admin rights on the computer or an admin password in order to do the install.

In the Business Banking tab, click Deposit Checks . 1. In the “Help” drop-down in the top right hand corner, select “Download Page.” 2. The most common scanners will be listed: • For Digital Check TS 240 Choose the DigitalCheck TS Series and CX30 • For Panini scanners choose Panini. Please note the drivers for Paninis can take 5-15 minutes to install. • For Canon CR50/80 choose Canon CR50/80 and CR-L1.

Note : For users that are not scanning use the AdminNoScanner option.

Note : If you have a MAC computer skip to step 5.
