Overview

As a merchant capture user initial installation of equipment and drivers is a critical first step, please contact a bank representative if you have not completed this process. The cutoff time is 4PM CST for submitting RDC items. Scanning Items

In the sidebar, click Merchant Capture . 1. Check box next to account that you would like to select. 2. 3. Load the first item(s) in the scanner hopper and click Scan Deposit Slip button if necessary or click the No Deposit Slip button. depending on your setup. The scanner will begin scanning items. 4. Click the Submit Deposit button to complete deposit. The Submit Deposit button will not be active until all reported issues are resolved with the deposit. 5.
