ACH If you’re ever worried about scheduled ACH payments, you can initiate a stop payment request to prevent the ACH payment from being processed.

Note: Stop payment requests on authorized ACH transactions must be made at least 3 business days before the scheduled debit date.

Click the View Accounts tab. 1. On the dashboard, click on an account tile to view the Account Details screen. 2. Click the Stop Payment button.
