4. Use the drop-down to select ACH. 5. Select whether the stop payment should be permanent or have an expiration date. 6. (If necessary) Enter an expiration date. 7. Enter an amount. 8. (Optional) Select a transaction date. 9. (Optional) Enter a payee name. 10. (Optional) Enter a note. 11. Review and accept the terms and conditions. 12. Click the Submit button.

Note : There is a $30 fee for placing a stop payment on an item! You may not place a stop payment on a debit card transaction.
