1. Click the Open Account button. 2. Select a social security number to create your new account for and click the Continue button. 3. (Optional) At anytime during the opening of a new account, you can click the Save & Resume Later button to save your progress and return at a later time to finish. 4. Add or remove the types of accounts you would like to open by clicking the appropriate button. 5. Click the Continue button. 6. Enter your personal information and click the Continue button.
