Close Card By reporting your card as lost, stolen or impacted by fraud your card will be instantly closed and a notification will be sent directly to one of our fraud experts for further investigation. Please note that the representative will be reaching out to your phone number on file to follow up and potentially start a fraud claim on your behalf. If you do not wish for a call back from one of our fraud investigators, please send a message right from online banking. Messages are located under the home bar on the left-hand side in your online banking application.

In Services , click Card Management . 1. Click the Card details button. 2. Click the Close Card button. 3. Select the reason for closing the card. 4. (Optional) Check the box to order a replacement. 5. Click the Report card button.
