Services Card Order

Order a card to your mailing address on file with CCCU. Please be advised that your current card will be closed and a new card number, CVV code and expiration will be issued for your security. We do not offer cards for savings accounts only; a checking account must be linked. Note: Your current card will be closed within two (2) business days of submitting this request, if not already closed or disabled. Please allow 7-10 business days for your card to arrive. A fee will be assessed to your account upon processing- see Member Fee Schedule. If you need to report your card lost or stolen, please go to Card Management located under the Services menu option or contact 866.238.5312.

In the Services tab, click Card Order . 1. Enter your first and last name. 2. Enter your member or account number. 3. Select your date of birth. 4. Enter your address. 5. Enter your phone number. 6. Enter your email.
