On the menu, click Card Management . 1. Click the Card Services button. 2. Click the Reorder PIN button. 3. Review the mailing address and click the Submit button. Your new PIN should arrive in the mail in 7-10 business days. Note: If you want to self-select a Credit Card PIN you will need to call 1.888.886.0083. You must provide the following: • Card number • Zip code for the account • CVC number • Last 4-digits of the primary cardholder’s social security number or tax ID number.
