Getting Started Retrieving a Forgotten Login ID

If you happen to forget your login ID, you can easily retrieve it from the CEFCU Home page.

After entering an incorrect login ID and password you will be given the option to retrieve your forgotten login ID. 1. Click the “Forgot Login ID” link. 2. Enter your account number. 3. Enter you social security number. 4. Enter your date of birth. 5. Use the drop-down to select a target to send your login ID to and enter the necessary information. 6. Click the Continue button. Your login ID will be sent to you.
