Integrated Bill Pay Cancel a Scheduled Payment

You can cancel a payment even after you schedule it. This convenient feature gives you the freedom to change the way you make your payments.

On the Transfers & Payments page, click Bill Pay Quick Access under the Transfers & Payments section. 1. Click the Payment Activity tab. 2. Click the icon and select “Cancel” to cancel a scheduled payment.
