5. Click the Submit button. This will flag the card as LOST until the new card number is available, which usually takes 24-48 hours. 6. When the new card number is available it will show the new card number and display “Card On” status for 24 hours. 7. The new card will require activation. Alerts and Controls will not transfer to a new card. You will need to enroll and set up your preferred alerts and controls on your new card. How do I dispute a fraudulent transaction? You must contact CEFCU at 1.800.542.3328.
