5. Agree to allow push notifications by clicking the Allow button. Once you agree, you will see the CB&T listing at the top of the screen. 6. Go back to your CB&T app or login. MFA and Duo Mobile setups are now complete. Now every time you login, you will be asked to verify your login with the Duo Mobile app.
