Adding an External Account Your accounts at other financial institutions can be linked to Online Banking with Citizens Bank, so you can transfer money between two financial institution accounts that you own without ever leaving home! When you go to add another account, you are asked to verify your ownership of that account. • Transaction Challenge: Citizens Bank will make two micro deposits and one micro debit of less than a dollar into your external account. You will be asked to verify those amounts within Online Banking. Once they are confirmed, you can begin transferring money to/from the external account.
