Multiple Checks A lost or stolen checkbook can end up in the wrong hands. Initiate a stop payment request online to prevent the checks from being processed.

Click the View Accounts tab. 1. On the dashboard, click on an account tile to view the Account Details screen. 2. Click the Stop Payment button.
