Services Sending a Secure Message

Starting a new conversation through Digital Banking is just as effortless as sending an email. Unlike an email, you can safely include confidential information relating to your accounts or attach files within a new message.

Click the Messages tab. 1. Create a new message by clicking the New Request button. 2. Use the drop-down to select a category. 3. Enter the subject. 4. Enter your message. 5. (Optional) Click the “+ Add Attachment(s)” link to add an attachment. 6. Click the Submit Request button when you are finished.
