Security Change Username

You can change your username at any time. Create a unique username you will remember and follows our required guidelines.

Click your name in the lower left corner of the screen, then click Account Settings . 1. Click the Security tab. 2. Click the “Edit” link next to your username. 3. Verify your identity using your primary verification method. 4. Enter your new username. 5. Click the “Show rules” link to view Citizens National Bank’s username requirements. 6. Click the Save button when you are finished making changes.
