Getting Started

Business Administrator Overview Whether you’re an enterprise, large corporation or small organization, our flexible Business Online Banking can efficiently serve you. Climate First Bank enrolls the company in business online banking and creates the Business Administrative User. The Business Administrative User will be sent login credentials and a temporary password. Users If your business only needs one person with access to Business Online Banking, you can jump right in and experience our state-of-the-art system! For larger organizations, our system lets you establish multiple login IDs and passwords for authorized employees. You can customize which employees get access to different features within Business Online Banking by establishing user entitlements. Additional users may be added by the Business Administrative User by following the instructions in this guide. The Business Administrative User may also send a secure message (see page 16) through Business Online Banking to request additional users. In this case, User Forms will be securely sent to the authorized signer. Additions and changes to Positive Pay or Merchant Deposit users must be made by the Bank.
