Reporting Users have access to multiple levels of reporting using the Reporting tab. Once the reporting tab is selected, by default the Reports option is displayed. Additionally, users can select the Research option for a wider range of reporting options.

• By Account- Users can select which account to pull reporting using the Account drop-down displayed below in addition to date and time pickers to the right. • By Deposit- Users limit the information using the date and time pickers to the right. A deposit summary and item details are displayed. • Deposits Pending Approval- Used in environments where an additional user within the organization reviews other user(s) deposits prior to being submitted. Not applicable unless setting up users in the Fusion NetCapture portal with deposit limits and the Remote Reviewer role. • By Customer- Only used if the organization is considered a “parent” to other sub-organizations. If so, then the user can choose the customer to pull reporting on. 3. Select a Start and End Date. 4. Select a Start and End Time. 5. Choose “Summary By Account” or “All Items”. 6. Click the Generate Report button. 7. Click the Download CSV button to download CSV or, depending on the report, the Download PDF to download a PDF with images.
