1. Select either Consumer or Business from the drop-down. PPD SEC codes are labeled consumer and CCD SEC codes are labeled business. 2. Enter the name of the person or business receiving the wire. 3. (Optional) Enter the contact name. 4. (Optional) Enter the recipient’s email address. 5. FOR BANK USE ONLY. Please do not enter information into the Reference Number field. 6. (Optional) Enter the phone number and fax number. 7. Enter the physical address.
