Getting Started Retrieve a Forgotten Username

If you happen to forget your username, you can easily retrieve it from the Climate First Bank Home page—no need to call us!

1. Click the “Forgot Password?” link. 2. Select “Forgot Username” using the drop-down and click the Submit button. 3. Fill out the Customer Verification Form with the required information, and click the Verify button. 4. Your username will then appear. Click the Continue button.
