Item Lookup Item Lookup allows you to search for and view detailed information about specific checks that have been issued or presented for payment. This feature is useful for research, reconciliation, and responding to internal or customer inquiries about check activity. 1 2

In the Treasury Solutions tab, click Positive Pay / ACHPP . Then click the Submit button. 1. Use the “Change Module” drop-down to select “Check Positive pay.” 2. Use the “View” drop-down to select “Item Lookup.” 3. Use the drop-down to select an account.

4. Enter a check number. 5. Click the Apply button.
