ACH Returns & NOCS Overview

ACH Returns and NOCs provide information about ACH transactions that were returned and any Notifications of Change (NOCs) received. This section helps you review returned entries and account change notices so you can keep your records and originator information up to date.

In the Treasury Solutions tab, click Positive Pay / ACHPP . Then click the Submit button. A. Total ACH Returns shows the total dollar amount of ACH returns presented. They are further broken down into credits and debits. B. Total NOC’s shows the total dollar amount of the NOCs.
