• Pending-Pay: A business user approved the transaction, but a second user must also approve it because dual approval is required. The transaction will not be paid until the second approval is completed. • Pay-FI: A financial institution staff member manually approved the transaction to be paid. • Pay-FI Charge: The transaction was forced to pay by the financial institution because the originating company is on an FI override list. This decision cannot be changed by client users. • Account Blocked–Return: The account is configured to block all ACH transactions, so the transaction was automatically returned. • Return-System: The transaction is set to return by default based on your financial institution’s settings. If no one takes action, the transaction will be returned. • Return-User: A business user reviewed the transaction and manually rejected it (returned it). • Block List-Return: The transaction was automatically returned because the originating company is on your Block List. • Return-FI: A financial institution staff member manually rejected (returned) the transaction. 5. Click the Return button to reject the credit. A success message appears temporarily in the Manage column, with a link to “Add to Block List.” 6. Click the Pay button to approve the credit. A success message will appear temporarily in the Manage column, with a link to “Add to Approved List.”
