Positive Pay / ACHPP ACH Positive Pay Debits Overview

ACH Positive Pay Debits helps you control which companies are allowed to withdraw funds from your account. Incoming debit transactions are checked against your approved and blocked lists, and any exceptions can be reviewed so you can decide whether to pay or return the transaction.

In the Treasury Solutions tab, click Positive Pay / ACHPP . Then click the Submit button. A. Total ACH Debits shows the total dollar amount of ACH debits presented. B. Set to Pay shows debits that are approved to post. C. Approved List Exceptions shows debits that are allowed due to whitelist rules. D. Set to Return shows debits marked to be returned. E. Block List Returns shows debits automatically returned because they matched a block list.
