Biometrics Face ID is a feature which utilizes facial recognition technology, allowing you to unlock your device with your face instead of a login ID and password. Fingerprint Login uses fingerprint recognition technology, allowing you to perform tasks on your device with just your fingerprint.

Log in to our Colony Bank Mobile Banking App on your mobile device. In the menu, tap the Settings , then tap Biometrics . 1. Toggle the Use Biometric ID switch from “Off” to “On.”

Note : You must have Face Id or Fingerprint login enabled on your mobile device before enabling it through our mobile banking app.

Note : If you have a passcode or pattern on your phone but do not have FaceID/Fingerprint enabled you have the option to login with your passcode or enable biometrics on the mobile app.
