Positive Pay Import Templates

Create, edit and delete import templates. Add Template Before a file can be imported, a template must be created.

In the Checks & Deposits tab, click Positive Pay. 1. Click the Import Templates tab. 2. (Optional) If importing a file while creating the template, click the Choose File button and select the file to import. Then select “Yes” to import the attached file. • Enter the number of header rows. • Enter the number of footer rows. • Use the drop-down to decide to input decimals into the amount or not. • If applicable, use the drop-down to select a text qualifier. 4. Enter a template name. 5. Select a file format. 6. Click the Next button.
