Business Bill Pay Deactivating or Deleting a Payee

If you no longer need a payee, you can delete them from your bill pay.

In the Transfers & Payments tab, click Bill Payment, and Visit Bill Pay Site . 1. Select a payee to delete and select Delete from the “Options” drop-down. 2. Click the Delete button to confirm.
