Business Bill Pay Deleting a Payment

If you need to cancel a pending automatic payment for any reason, you can do so from the Activity tab. Deleting a payment is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the Activity tab, click Bill Payment, and Visit Bill Pay Site . 1. Click on the payment you wish to delete in the “Activity” section.

2. Click the Cancel payment button. 3. Click the Cancel payment button.
